An organic, local and cross-border brewing sector is emerging.

Led by a collective of 10 partners spread across Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Germany, this ambitious project aims to structure an organic brewing sector in the Greater Region: from field to glass.

Brass’Hop Bio is above all a common desire to:


    • Reconnect beer to its territory and terroirs

    • Create short supply chains around barley, hops, processing and brewing

    • Promote a sustainable, local and environmentally friendly economy
